Create an audio solution that reassures the American public about the future of artificial intelligence and restores a healthy sense of calm around our increasingly capable machine counterparts.
Preferably without using the phrase “human extinction.”
STRATEGIC INSIGHT
People fear what they don't understand.
Unfortunately, nobody fully understands this either.
So rather than overwhelm the public with technical explanations, probabilities, competing expert opinions and existential-risk scenarios, we can offer something considerably easier to understand:
A nice song.
THE WIN
"Everything's Probably Fine" was delivered to the AI Security Council on September 18, 2026.
Public anxiety around artificial intelligence remains elevated. However, three focus group participants described the song as "very catchy," and one noted they had not thought about their refrigerator for the duration of the song's runtime.
The AI Security Council has requested a follow up song.
